We use the highest quality materials to install an interior French drain tile along the perimeter of the basement channeling the water due to hydrostatic under the foundation to a sump pump.   

We install new sump pump basins using high quality hard plastic resin basins with sealed lids and commercial Liberty Sump pumps.

We have a variety of options to repair cracks in basement walls including epoxy or polyurethane injections from the inside through to the outside. We also use Carbon fiber reinforcement for wall crack stabilization.

We use either the Fortress Wall Stabilization System or Carbon Guard to stabilize walls that have bowing due to ground water or outside ground forces.

We use FORTRESS structural epoxy coating and Carbon fiber reinforcement to stabilize floor cracks and prevent further expansion. 

We use a no-digging approach to treat minor wall seepage from the outside by injecting bentonite clay into the soil adjacent to the foundation. This process can be applied to all foundation types. 

We address grading issues to help redirect flow of water away from the property. 

This process requires digging a narrow exterior trench, installing a french drain tile, and stopping the flow of water before it can enter your basement.
